Important Company Announcement
Due to some very unfortunate and unforseen circumstances beyond our control which have affected our ability to continue operation of Club Sea Breeze, LLC we have closed the offices and the operation of Club Sea Breeze as of December 31, 2010.
We cannot express how very disappointed and saddened by what has led to this decision. It was our families goal and desire to build a thriving business and to help people both within the USA and Internationally. We wish to thank you for your you support and your efforts to build and grow the Club Sea Breeze business and brand. We respect you and have cherish the chance to get to know so many wonderful people all over the world.
One of the things we made ceratin we had in place before we started Club Sea Breeze was to establish a relationship with our Resorts Service Provider and make sure that in the unforseen case we could not continue as a business, that the benefits of the Club Sea Breeze Memberships would live on and continue to benefit the members of CSB. With that said, even though CSB will no longer be operating as a business, you will continue to have access to all of the benefits of your CSB Membership will continue, as a result of our membership with Holiday Travel of America (HTOA).

We will miss the associations we have made and the friends from all across the globe. As this disappointing chapter of our lives closes, we hope and anticipate brighter ones opening up in the future.
